Some disgraceful antics by the mancs, surrounding the referee at the end of the half like they have something to complain about. Stone wall penalty for Liverpool denied after Berbatov rips Kuyt's shirt inside the box. The Ferguson psychological steamroller is on.

We've played pretty well that half.

Lucas and Aurelio have done very well, Agger too. Would like to have seen Johnson overlap on a couple of occasions down the right, and Insua's gotta watch himself for pace against Valencia, but generally I think we're shading this.

Sneaky feeling this could boil over in the second half - a couple of wild challenges by Carragher late in the half - one he defo took the ball first, and the second I've not seen the replay but it looked a touch wild.

Hopefully the 4th official will keep Fergie away from the Ref at half time
