Ngog seems to have grabbed it and unlike many players early in their career has looked good starting and as a sub.

I'm not that sure that N'Gog took the chances he got last year nor am I convinced he has done particularly well when brought on as sub. Luckily for him though Liverpool lack options and so as such he will continue to get the chances up until January at the very least.

IMO he hasn't exactly pulled up tress. He'd done as well as could be expected though. He's no young prodigy or guaranteed future star but he's the second best striker at the club.

He has improved but I would expect most young players to do so. But the main point I would like to stress is that he is not getting the chances on his talent alone, he's getting them down to a lack of talent at our club.

Zavon Hines looks like he could become a decent striker.
