    Where is El Zhar?

    Could have been useful this season.

    I'm assuming injured. How long till he's expected back?

    He got injured in a pre-season game. I heard he was close to returning

      not sure but didnt he get injured against thailand in preseason? habent heard from him since!!

          Was wondering this myself. He was pretty useful and lively the start of last season when we brought him on.

          My abiding memory of him though is that golden opportunity he blazed over with his left foot last season when we were pushing for a win. Who was it against? Our youngster blazes over and we draw, Macheda scores a wonder goal and Utd scrape another ****ing jammy win. **** off

            We beat Fulham in injury time prior to Macheda scoring against Villa.

            The only time I remember El Zhar messing up was when we lost 2-0 away to Boro. I think he started the game and did indeed miss a couple of chances.

                He's back in training.

                BTW In that Boro game he missed a chance, but he did also create a couple of cute chances for others. His movement and final ball were very clever.

                    I watched that game again last week. The attitude of some of the "names" was disgraceful.

                      Why would you watch that game again?!?

                      Been many similar performances this year too. First half against Fiorintina being the worst.
