Have you ever played football or any other sport for that matter and gotten an injury?? You immediately know if you can't run it off...
Too injured? He was walking fine too the bench, cant have been that bad.

I tore ligaments in my ankle earlier this year playing football actually. It hurt like ****, but i tried to run it off....but i guess im not a big soft lad like our Ryan.

We sound so narrow and so defensive. If this is so how de we expect to score goals let alone win games?

Dude, you can't even remember the name of the bloke that said this - sorry for not believing it!

What I'm saying is that I don't believe you can taint a whole nation of footballers - like what you've just done.

You just mentioned the next game and that's all I was commenting on.
In fairness mate I'm just expressing my frustration about a player who cost a lot, is paid a lot and doesn't seem mature enough or care enough to justify it.

Maybe he's got a broken foot, I'm just saying that I don't believe he's injured enough to have to come off. The next game thing is just a benchmark.
            Really?

Didn't see it and lost my stream a while ago although I have seen the post above my question where it mentions a two footed challenge.

Unsurprisingly nothing mentioned on the radio either!

having played sport used to play hockey as a goalkeeper

i have played a game when i broke my thumb at the begining of the game

also tried to play after hyperextending my knee which ripped the cartliadge and did something to my cruciate ligament.

also two days before having my knee op i played in a game

babel does look a little fragile. it may well have been bad enough for him to come off straight away. also might have been the correct thing to do as by continuing it would aggrivate it further

the problem is he didnt look like he wanted to play and as he is seen as moaning anyway it adds up to annoy us supporters

You're either being difficult for the sake of argument.....or you've never been concussed.

No I know that but we do seem to be a bit fragile, (I know Agger's is unlucky as it is a clash of heads) and by that how many groin and hamstring injuries have we suffered already this season.

The funny thing is, on FM2010 the staff say we are the fittest team in the league

And I'll refuse to believe the "opinion" of one manager/coach to collective wisdom.
