Every player has at least 1 - Mascher's tackling, Johnson's attacking ability, Benni's trickery/creativity, etc. Yet I can't think of anything that Lucas does particularly well or any trait that sticks out for that matter. Even if Rafa disagree's I honestly think a 70% Aquilani can offer a whole lot more to the team than a 100% Lucas...

To be fair every time Babel has played from the start he has been poor or got an injury this season. Much as he has been in the past. The players who are underperforming now by and large have a history of quality performances.

I'm not sure other than bring players on late which seems a bit pointless that many of his decisions have been that hard to understand. I think we have to wait to see if a/ the injury crisis abates and b/ if when it does we see a change in the way he makes decisions.
