Overall a very workmanlike performance. we weren't great but they were shocking. No wonder Lyon have won 5 championships on the bounce if this is the standard.

Reina was dodgy again on crosses. 3 times he punched to little effect.

Defence was pretty solid especially Sami who was MOM for me.

Gonzalez had a shocker, rest of the midfield was largely uninspiring.

Crouch miseed a couple but popped up for the vital goal. Bellamy was lively in the 1st half but never got a sniff in the 2nd half.

Overall then a win away from home can never be sniffed at but in truth was more down to Bordeaux being ****e than us being particulary good.

We'll need to be better on Sunday to get anything.
