I'd keep the same back four actually. They need playing time as a unit. I'd have Mascher in too for the same reason. If he is ready to play 60 minutes plus I'd start Aquilani - if not I'd keep him on the bench. In the first team I would try and put in people who need to get match fit.

I'd like to see some younger players given a chance off the bench so I'd have El Zhar, Spearing and Kelly (if fit) on there for sure and perhaps whoever has been doing the best in the reserves.
