I'm suprised we're spending money on these given that we have a new stadium planned. I don't see how they'll make their money back in the time we have left at Anfield

The cost about a million to install and they make 30 grand per 5 mins which is £540,000 for every 90 mins.

So in 2 games they've paid for themselves and the rest is lovely profit.

This Ayers guy really does seem to be kickstarting some stuff to get us extra revenue. It'll be interesting to see what difference it has made come the end of the year.

The revenue stream adjustements I've heard of this year are:

1/ Bought out LFC.TV so all revenue is ours.
2/ Hijacked local hospitality offerings redirecting money into the club.
3/ Rolled out lfc.tv to setanta
4/ Opened new superstore.
5/ Perimeter advertising.

Not all down to Ayers but even so, each represents more money to the club w/o putting additional burden on the fans. Can only be a good thing.

Is the tv channel making money though.most don't however I have noticed more adverts form sources other than club sponsors lately.

He certainly pushing our commercial activites in the right direction though
