He's not going to let anyone mess around with him either, because he's an attack dog. All looks pretty harmless until you see the replay at around the 0:57 mark. I ****ing love this guy already.

I've been really impressed with what i've seen and learnt about him so far. Seems like a quality signing, thanks Rafa.
Be interesting to see what kind of impact he has, at the moment i'm highly optimistic it will be a very positive one

There's an article here from the offal which is OK
Liverpool announced the signing of Serbia international Milan Jovanovic on a three-year deal yesterday - but how has the transfer gone down at former club Standard Liege?
The 29-year-old forward was regarded as the biggest star in the Jupiler league but, outside of Belgium, he has yet to forge a reputation as one of the most feared marksmen in Europe.
To get the lowdown on our latest recruit, we spoke to Mikael Roufosse, Standard Liege fan and member of the Belgian branch of the Official Liverpool Supporters' Club. Here's what he had to say about Jova and his move to the Barclays Premier League.
As a member of the Belgian Reds - and a follower of Standard Liege - what do you make of Liverpool's signing of Milan Jovanovic?
I'm very excited as he's a huge star in our country and a much-loved player in Liege. Hopefully he can make a big impression with Liverpool.
What can you tell us about him as a player?
He is very explosive. On his day there was no match for him in Belgium. I really hope he can make the step up as Barclays Premier League football is much more demanding and therefore it's not easy to be on top form every game. I think he's the type of player we need away from home and someone we can unleash with 20 minutes to go.
You say he was arguably the major star in Belgian football. Was it always likely he'd move to a 'bigger' league?
To be honest I thought he would have moved earlier. At first I thought he was the type of player who would use the club to raise his profile and move on. But he's been loyal to his colours until the very right offer came in and Liverpool is a dream move for him.
How do you see him fitting into our team?
It's a hard one to answer but if plays up front he will relish partnering the best centre forward in the world. He's eager to show his worth. A move to Liverpool will enable him to do that.
Do you think he can form a formidable partnership with Fernando Torres?
I hope so. I think he did okay as part of Serbia's attack at the World Cup and could be a good option for Liverpool.
What was his strike-rate like for Standard Liege?
He was pretty clinical. It was near enough one in two.
What is the overall opinion of him in Belgium?
Other teams' supporters like him, which is rare for a Standard Liege player. Even Anderlecht fans rate him. He won the 'Soulier d'Or' earlier this year, which is the award for the best player in Belgium.
So, are we signing a player at the peak of his powers?
Well, he will be 29 when he pulls on red for the first time, so I guess you can say he's at his peak. Whether that will be enough, only time will tell.
And finally, how quickly do expect him to adapt to life at Liverpool?
Standard Liege and Liverpool have so much in common; a great past, the same culture within the city and, of course, great fans. Jova will have no problems adapting.Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.
