I guess the big questions will be about who we want to rest and who needs games.

Personally what with Reading being in poor form I would make a good many changes but look to have an attacking line up.

I might try Torres and Ngog up front. I can't quite decide whether Torres needs more games to get sharp or a rest. If he needs a rest then I'd partner Ngog with Kuyt.

I'd like to see Babel get a start - he has been looking hungry of late.

A young 'un at right back to give Johnson a bit of time to recover at least. Maybe Skrtel in the middle too.

I wouldn't even consider playing Torres from the start. On the bench if needed.

I think he could be the player to come ioff the bench and unlock tight defences such as Villas last night, I hope Rafa keeps using him and doesn't hold him back to much.

I think given Readings current form and the fact that they've lost a lot of players since they played in the PL, I think we can afford to put out quite a few fringe players.

Have Kuyt, Torres & Gerrard on the bench just in case but ideally we won't need them as it's clear they need a rest. Think that starting 11 is enough to get a result.

Edit: Actually I think we need one of Carragher / Agger at the back as that defence isn't the strongest.

I agree I wouldn't play Torres he hasn't looked 100% in the last two games and Rafa says he has to be used sparingly, one knock to him could see him out for weeks, common sense will prevail here.
