This game is far and away the most horrible in the fixture list; and I hate it. Everytime it comes round, that whole "which team do you hate more" debate flies out of the window - of course it's United. No question.

I'd take getting ****ed all over the park for 88 minutes and a last minute goal... so not unlike lats time around except we can be the lucky ****s.

No! you had to mention that game,had my head in my hands for a full five minutes,in the middle of the pub,after that goal.;

Oh it’s started.

I can see the ground of a window here at work, and it’s also only a 15 minute walk from my house. The banter at work has gone mad today and I’ve been getting very ****ing wound up.

I mentioned that our midfield was stronger, assuming these Mancs would readily agree and accept this (I also said they’re stronger up front and arguably at the back) but to my amazement they went mad.

“Your midfield better than ours? HAHAHA! We’d only take Gerrard, the rest are wank. A combined midfield would be Ronaldo/Gerrard/Scholes/Giggs yadda yadda yadda.”

I was amazed. They’re strutting around with that typical, horrible Manc swagger saying things like “we expect to win because we are better than you” and it’s really getting under my skin.

Whenever I think about it my stomach starts doing somersaults. It’s awful. I ****in’ hate these c*nts. It’s unhealthy. We’ve GOT to get a result. GOT TO.

Apart from matters football, there’s been quite a bit of talk about the kicking we’re gonna get too. No doubt the GMP won’t keep us in and they’ll steam into us on the forecourt - again - provided they can lift their knuckles off the pavement.

We'd love to have Ronaldo and Giggs in our side. The only debate would be around Scholes (considering how well he's playing at the moment) vs. Alonso or Sissoko.

Nah not for me. We're much stronger than them in the middle of the park. They're stronger on the left but other than that we're stronger. We trampled all over their midfield in the Cup in February.

I have mates who are blue, but only work collegues who are scum.

Bitters beating us hurted the most as the "people's" club fans rub it in more. ITs thier final.

This is the 1st time in ages we're going into this match and i think we're the underdog big style. All other times I felt if we play our game we'd beat them.
Recently they've won, and against the run of play. But this time we've played 3 out of 5 off our toughest away match's already and had the confidence knocked out of us.

I can see us winning, be it an upset, but winning. About time we got some luck.

Sympathy to you mate for what you must be suffering
I am in Tokyo and so completely isolated from the vermin but I still feel nervous about Sunday.
For me, an OOTer this is the biggest/worst game of the season by far
I have hated the scum for about 35 years with no logical reason and I want us to destroy them 20-0 every game
However I fear that this weekend could be a very sad , depressing, cringeworthy weekend for us

But you never know, maybe we will **** all over them
