Which of our foreign dudes can speak english?

i know i've seen kuyt, pepe, torres and some others speaking english before but i'm wondering if the likes of guys like insua, riera, lucas, mascherano and so forth are up to the task of speaking to a journo, even if they don't speak well.

IIRC when Rafa came he made a big thing about everyone speaking English and their being no cliques. I can't imagine him changing that policy, so unless someone is very new I would expect that they at least have decent basic English. Given the standard of most footballers answers in interviews I don't see why they need any more.

I would imagine that the foreign players last to arrive would have the worst English. I would have thought the club would assign them an English tutor or something when they arrive, and they will learn/pick up more the longer they are here.

The Brazilian lads, at least Aurelio and Lucas, both speak excellent English. Lucas seemingly having learned it from scratch since he moved here
