Yeah after the dust has settled, I can't help but feel for Rafa but I still think now is time for change, I love Rafa but we need something new and he probably could use a new challenge too.

Playing ping pong football doesn't seem to be working either, when players are anxious and taking too long to pass the ball, when no player is doing proper runs etc ... You've got to force it through somewhat by charging, that's what Reading did in injury time no?

I used the word disease because its spreading through the tteam and affecting our overall play and shape.

I agree that sometimes his distribution is poor but the stats show that he's been pretty accurate in passing during the league games we have not won

thats pretty much were I am at - I think rafa has been a great man for liverpool - yes he has made mistakes, but he has also done some great things for us. He has had to work under incredible pressure from the owners and the media, who have hounded the man for 3 years non-stop and are finally getting want they wanted.

He is the only person at the club I'd trust. He has made mistakes, but more criminally he has been let down by his players. He looks lost, heart broken, sadly as things have gone against and the pressure has mounted, he seems to have reverted into himself - the same happend to houiller - he has become so stubborn, that every is against him and he is trying to prove that his way is right all along.

The club needs a big overhaul - Unfortunatley, and it's the first time I have really meant this - I think Rafa has to go now. We are really looking at a potential 7th place finish, and no trophy - we just don't look like competing with Villa, Man City and Spurs, never mind Arsenal, United and Chelsea

I see nothing at the club from the manager, owners or players that suggest we are capable of turning this round as things stand - and Next season we could face not being in the champions league or even Europa league. That is just unthinkable - SO maybe a change of manager will give us a lift and drag us over the finish line in a respectable position,

After that - we need investment and a big squad overhaul. We need genuine top class wingers, some creativity/pace/penetration coming from midfield, and extra quality up top. Maybe even a full back or two.

How am I toeing the line? I am expressing my opinion which I have formulated after years of watching us play. I just so happen to be in the majority this time.

Wind up Liverpool fans? I wind up 'wind up merchants' who don't normally post unless we suffer a defeat maybe. Is this called 'winding up' Liverpool fans, or is this the other way round?

I am consistent in what I say, whether I am in the minority or not I don't ****ing care mate. So based on your assumption, I have 'red tinted' spectacles to suggest that Rafa is still the man.

As I said, I don't care whether people agree with me or not. If some had balls big enough to discuss constructively on the issue without retorting to petty insults or jibes, I'd have no qualms in that. I happen to have a lot of time for this at the moment.

I can't see what's constructive in your posts though, when you seem to be rising to what seemed liked an innocuous reflection on my part.

"Pete" I feel physically sick today with all thats gone on , sick for myself, sick for the rest of the fans, and sick for Rafa as it's horrible seeing him go through such inner torment in the public eye.

I'm getting nearer and nearer needing a break from all this, it's just not worth the aggravation and the stress
