Unless we get another keeper in I think we need to keep Dudek. I'm not sure the loss of Mellor, Potter or Le Tallec will be noticed by anyone but the perssonel department.

Turned a blind eye to his UTTERLY brainless decision-making.

Diao was a ****ing CAR-CRASH for Liverpool.

      Of course I watched him.
I'm just saying that he wasn't as bad as all that.
He put in effort, and you cannot always say that about Liverpool players.
Play the Man of the Match game in the sticky thread!

I hope Charlton take him on, but he's been on loan to Birmingham & Pompy and they obviously didn't like what they saw to take him on permanently.

Let's hope that Dowie likes him!!

Diao has got to go down as one of GH worst purchases? To buy him on the back of a decent World Cup was a bad decision! And to give him a 5 year contract!!

morsey mate, he was abysmal. If we can't shift him to charlton I suggest we sell him off as animal feed. He can go in one of those big grinder things.

Be good to get them off the wage bill though.

Anytime either of them was in the starting eleven my first thought was "fcuk this", and they rarely proved me wrong.

Sooner they are gone, the better. Best of luck to them for their upcoming adventures in the world of football.

Diao was and is utterly terrible. It was the way he used to blast any pass to his team-mates whether they were 60 yards away or 6. You try to control a pass that has been smacked at you from 2 yards, impossible.

It will be a good day when he finally leaves the wage bill.

traore on the other hand, although not good enough and possibly an even worse passer of the ball than Diao, has had some good games.

According to the Daily Post, we are possibly going to get SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND POUNDS STERLING for Salif Diao. Can I drive him? Anyone want to get the champagne?

Honestly Mr Dowie, its an absolute ****ing bargain! He is class, we just haven't used him to his abilities...
