Much as he's been a major letdown, he's still one of the few players we have with genuine pace and the ability to beat a man and make something happen - granted he hasnt done this very often, but he is actually capable of doing it.

With the attacking options that are injured, i'm a bit bemused that Babel's not in the squad for Stoke.

Which other attacking options do we have that can actually up the tempo and make something happen for us?

Dreading watching this after getting so utterly depressed after the Reading game - which was the lowest point so far of the season for me.

I can't see how/where we'll grab a goal unless its a screamer from someone like Aquilani or Maxi.

And to join in the Babel v Reading debate - he was complete garbage.
