In case anyone is unsure of my sentiments...............here is a larger version

Lawrenson:"Well thats 3 good chances they have had in the first 3 minutes of this half"

Motson:"" Yes Mark, you could almost say that they have had 3 chances in as many minutes"

Lawrenson: Errr I thought I just did say that, John"

Same hatred as Fa cup match last year.
Its the only game i left early (on the 90 mark) as I could just see 6,000 fans waiting outside for us.

Think the press are building up it more.
      To me still the same.

Enjoy the match you lucky sod
My worst ever experience at the theatre of sh!te was when the c*nts scored two goals in injury time to knock us out of the FA Cup. It was devastating and we all went a little crazy. Seats were thrown on to the pitch and the police tried to keep us all in after the final whistle. I remember one nutter running up to a police horse and punching it in the face, everyone steamed out after that and we subsequently got bottles and all sorts of sh!t thrown at us outside the ground.

Me and a mate walked all the way back to town drenched as it was pissing it down...as always in Manchester.

      I hate the feckers.

That said, I do think the atmosphere at these games has got really hostile and unpleasant since Istanbul. Now isn’t that a coincidence….since we properly returned to the big time, since we upstaged the Scum’s night in Barcelona in 99, since we rubbed their noses right ****ing in it. They don’t like it one bit and are, IMO, wholly responsible for the recent rise in hatred. It's clear.

I think it’s right that something is done before someone gets killed at the match.
I don't get to many games these days, but it's always been more than a touch raw. I used to go regularly in the 70s - and went to OT with mates (scum supporters - and still mates) and I couldn't open my gob before, during and after the match. The hatred's been there for a long time...

Jealousy and ignorance, jealousy and ignorance...

to be honest, its probebly us thats responsible for the rise! We won the champions leauge, the only people that thought we could were us! So we are really rubbing it in the faces of the mancs! There just way to easy to wind up! I really love winding my manc mates up down here about the old "5:2" ratio we have over them!
