He's a ****ing **** I hate the prick he never ref our games with any sense ,he has sent 3 of our guy's off this season he allowed a beach ball goal and he booked Lucas for getting hacked down for a def pen ,the man is a utter cunt

Absolutely

We weren't sitting back, it was difficult to control a game when the players aren't at their best confidence wise. We dealt really well with their aerial threat all game but we let that slip with one error. Ngog was not having a great game, he kept losing the ball and we never got to grips with our passing because of that. Our defenders coped well granted that the ball kept coming back at them, they did really well. Kyriagos did well with their aerial threat.

Now we must move on and fight on another day, not sulk in negative comments, even though you're entitled to wallow in it.

Defensively we did play pretty well for 70 minutes or so. Although, seeing as we had about 7 defenders on the pitch, so we bloody well should have

As for moving on, the problem mate is that it really isn't possible now to take games in isolation. Look at the league table, this is easily the worst season we've had in over a decade and we're showing no sign whatsoever of turning it around. Much though I generally support a bit of positivity, it has to have some sort of grounding to be at all realistic.

Yes we didn't so what? Tough luck, rotten luck, ball hit the bar, clear penalty not given. All these things wins you game, and we aren't getting any of it at the moment. There's no magician who's going to turn around our fortunes except hard work and more performances like this at tough places like this. Hard to explain but there is a method that we need to stick at.

I've now somehow managed to find a way to care slightly less than I used to, as it's the only way I'm going to get through all this.

If I sit back and think about it all, it actually gets me depressed, which for a game at the end of the day I'm just not willing to accept!

Thought I had too until that goal went in. Wasn't even sure i was gonna watch the match to be honest. I must be horrible to be the girlfriend of these last few months.

But we did sit back, after we went 1-0 up as we always do, that's why the ball kept coming back at our defenders. We do not know what to do when we are winning. We are more creative and attack minded when we concede which is a shocking attribute for a team.

No, confidence isn't at it's best and that's not surprising considering our season but the fact is we went 1-0 up against a team that hassles and loves set pieces which we were coping well with and that should of given our players a boost and given them the confidence to go on and win that game by doing what they had been doing all game. But, as usual, the fear of conceding set back in, we went defence minded and sat back giving Stoke the confidence and draining it out of us thus leading to the inevitable equaliser.

Going back to the luck side of things, the only bad luck we had today was the fact that the most incompetent referee in the Premiership was in charge of our game. Two more definite penalties overlooked yet again. How many is that this season?

If we are sticking with Rafa we need to make a signing that will give everyone in the squad a boost. I dread the spurs game midweek.

I think Spurs would be better for N'gog, but the physical game certainly is not his forte.
