Cost of club £400m [should be bought with zero debt]

New stadium £400m [£200m from naming rights and he £200m from loans]

Squad overhaul £100m+ [utter dross £40m at the most and that'll have us one of the strongest squads]

Managerial switch £40m [£5m at max unless Rafa doesnt find employment even after 12 months of the sack]

    Total spend £650m max.

To be honest we are a very good self financing club. The loans are f*cking us left right and center. Buy us fairly without any debt on our heads and we generate enough operating revenue to take care of the wages+transfer fees.

And if we really are building the new stadium I wouldnt mind taking £200m as a loan at 8-9% interest a yr.

That acc to me is a realistic and a good Financial model.

Even if he were to be sacked it wudnt cost the club 40m or for that matter 20m as the media says.

Somewhere around nothing to 4m at max cos he still is a quality manager and there are a LOT of clubs waiting for his signature.

How they get away with writing **** like this is unbelievable, honestly 40m for Rafa leaving that sums it up really even including his staff that figure way too much.

Doesn't it cost his 5 year contract to get rid of him though? correct me if im wrong, plus signing new management etc, would cost a fair bit. Can't see it being 40mil but there would be a fair bit of cash involved, I think.

If Rafa was sacked, we would have to pay his salary until he finds employment or his contract expires, whichever comes first.

I concur, we should keep Rafa, but only if we finish 4th.

He has had the resources to manage this. Tottenham will implode any time now, and ****ty City are pretty awful at times.

WE are just performing below our level at the moment. Its up to Rafa to get an improvement. If he cant manage that, he shouldnt be managing us.

Even if their figures aren't to be believed considerring the scum are 727m in debt to be there despite much higher income streams over the past ~18 years it wouldn't be that far wrong.
