    Deadline Day - Be the Boss!!

    Ok, 6 hours or so to transfer deadline day....

    YOU are the Manager of Liverpool FC and have a princely budget of £10m.

    How would you spend it? Or would you not bother? Who, if anyone, would be the real impact signing?

    Personally, I would sign Adam Johnson from Boro - this lad looks like he will be a bit special IMO. Ticks all the right boxes for me and it is crazy if we do not try and bring him in at the prices being quoted. I reckon we could get him within that £10m budget.

      Don't sign anyone. It's just silly and we'll only be going to be paying over the board. Smacks of desperation and we certainly aren't desperate as the team has been improving of late.

                  Rather than spend money,we should look at those players who are desperate to make sure they get into their world cup squads.
                  Bring them in on loan deals, 2-4 players just to freshen things up a little bit.

                    2-4 will be too many - I think we need 1 more this window. An attacking player with genuine pace please.

                            We need a striker, and given our financial situation I'd be trying to get a loan deal for someone who is battling for a world cup place, possibly Huntelaar (he seems to be the cliche choice ) and make sure we include an option to buy in the summer if he does well. If not we've not lost much.

                              Arda Turan without a doubt. Would cost more than the £10m, but I'm sure the rest in instalments would be fine for Gala.
