Great win, so annoyed I couldn't see it today, but looked like a fierce battle on the highlights.

Very important win and we will keep the pressure on for fourth. I think both tottenham and villa will fall short of it, but will be very close with man city even though they lost today.

Was it a good game worth a DL? Or was it one of those games that ended up a brilliant win but not worth watching knowing the result?

As long as your singing, I'm happy

laa la, la la al al al al

Where's Neil Young when I need him. Probably tucked up in bed with a cocoa

I only caught the 2nd half and we were up against it for long periods. But to our credit we still tried to play some good football. I'd D/L it if only for the fact that we won with 10 men. You will be proud of their efforts

The more I see the more I can't believe that Fellani and Pienaar both got away with those tackles

Also, I heard some Everton fans on the radio claiming that Gerrard got Pienaar sent off my feigning injury at the end there. Bull****. He clearly followed through with his shoulder.

Dixon saying they both should have been sent off Not that that makes much difference

Lee Dixon just said on MOTD that the ref got the Kyriagos decision wrong and Felini should have gone if anyone, or both, but certainly not just Kyriagos.

He also said that the one on Mascher was a straight red too.

And you know, having seen them again.....he's not wrong.

Every time Stevie goes to ground these days, opposition fans claim he dives.

I thought Stevie made the most of minimal contact personally but there's nothing wrong with a bit of gamesmanship. He wasn't rolling around or telling the ref to show him a card or anything like that so stuff them

Was about to say the same thing.

Everton are filthy, filthy ****ers. Two-bob 'footballers' like Fellani and Pienaar?

                    Footballers? **** off.

When you see it from behind Gerrard, his head clearly jolts back as he's caught.

                        Yup, agreed

Is it just me, or did anyone else see a cheeky smile on Gerrards boat when he went in on Pienaar?!

Fair do's. Haven't seen it from that angle

Thats what I saw too - looks like Pienaar may have used his elbow as he came steaming in - a bit more than the innocent shoulder charge Moyes tried to claim it was in the post match interview anyway.
