That is the view the ref got as he was stood behind fellaini.. and ive got to say, if i was the ref it does look like nick the greek did the more horrific offense, and i have no doubts it was a red card. Although i did believe that Fellaini deserved the same punishment, just that the ref couldnt see it as clearly from the angle he got, and the speed it happened.

Not sure about Kyriagos' tackle. Though it seemed to be a dirty one, I think he tried to win the ball. That cunt Fellatio never ever tried to win the ball, he was aiming at Kyriagos' shin all the way through.

He came off the ground and went in two footed - it's a red.
Screech should've gone too though.

I have no problem with him being sent off.
I do have a problem with the fact Fellaini shouldnt have even been on the pitch for it to happen. He should have walked for that sickening kick on Kuyt. He should have got a red for this incident and that little rat Pienaar should have walked for what he did to Mascherano.
No surprise with Atkinson though. Most refs are just inept, this guy is biased against us.

I agree that it was a two footed one but I am not sure he wanted to do any harm, it was more dodgy than anything else, whereas AfroMan really went it with wicked intentions in mind.Originally posted by Craig_H View Post

It's the letter of the law, 2 footed tackle where you come off the ground = red card.Originally posted by PeteBest View PostI agree that it was a two footed one but I am not sure he wanted to do any harm, it was more dodgy than anything else, whereas AfroMan really went it with wicked intentions in mind.

I am not disputing that.Originally posted by Craig_H View PostIt's the letter of the law, 2 footed tackle where you come off the ground = red card.
I don't think Kyriagos meant any harm though, he looks like a gentle beast, it was more dodgy than a wicked tackle. Have a look at the clip, he genuinely tried to win the ball but he did it the wrong way.

he definitely should have it was a ****house antic, as was Pienaars tackle and also afromans stamp down on soto. They shoould have been down to 9 before that tackle which of course then couldn't have happened anyway! Still, they got their reward in the end because ultimately we won they lost end of. Onwards and upwardsOriginally posted by Maxiedge View PostHe should've gone earlier for kicking Kuyt in the face. Schoolboy tactics.

From that angle you can only the Kyriakos tackle and the way Fellani goes flying you can see why he got sent off. The Fellani you can't see from that angle, the FA should certainly investigate that, but I have a feeling they won't.Originally posted by Jaymo View Postto use Shanks image

The Pienaar challenge on Mascherano can't be investigated as the referee took action at the time
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
