That Gerrard booking was ludicrous....won the ball cleanly and just moments before had been deliberately tripped denying him a clear run the right. Mascherano's was harsh too....

Not bad so far.....the most important thing was not to let them score in the first half. With Torres and Benni possibly to come on we have more than a chance to nick a goal. We've certainly not been brilliant but we've more than matched them. In fact we've had the better chance(s).

We'll need to step it up a notch in the second half but im rather hopeful that they'll try and chase it too much and play into our hands. A draw is a decent result but i think we can edge it.
