If he'd gone down he'd have got it, classic case of where honesty costs you. I know that is what leads to diving (which I'm not defending btw).

We need Aquilani spraying the long passes about ala Alonso. The players in front of the midfield at present have to drop back to pick up the ball, where they are lesws effective and isolate the striker

yes, it shows how poor the premier league is this year when we have been turd 94.2% of the season and we are still fighting for fourth

It doesn't necessarily have to be Aquilani it could be anyone, but I think Aquilani is the one with the passing range best suited to playing that role (which is supposedly why we bought him).

Well the only two players we have who could play that role are Aquilani and Gerrard and to be honest I wouldn't want to see Gerrard there so that just leaves Aquilani.

I would still like to see my idea of Gerrard on the right and Aquilani behind Torres given a go or even Gerrard on the right, Aquilani alongside Mascha and Torres and Kuyt upfront together with Torres being the slightly more advanced of the two.

Well that was 90 minutes of poor football.......we win the ball give it away cheaply.......then they give it back cheaply......we then give it back.......zzzzzzzzzzzzz

A point is not terrible in the race for 4th, we have a favourable run in compared to most other teams.....but rafa needs to take the shackles off go for it.....

Lucas and Masch give us nothing in distribution.......but without Masch right now wed be losing games...his tracking back and breaking up play is awesome.....Lucas is a strange one......hes effective but dosen't seem to offer anything in the system apart from some useful defending...Gerrard and Masch would be awesome..........

With Benni back and Torres weve got more chance of goals in the net few games.........

And Aquilani is worrying........were all praying the magic link up play and movement comes soon........

Reckon we would have lost it if it wasnt for Skrtel though. Thought he managed to keep Adebayor at bay. Benayoun did well when he came on, should've went down though and the Torres card was ridiculous.

All in all.... Garbage game.
