    Blackburn (h) - Build Up

A few selection dilemmas for Rafa. For the first time in a while though i'm not sure what the team's gonna be. All of a sudden there's a lot of competition in the att midfield areas.

    My guess:

    Reina

    Kelly
    Carra
    Agger
    Insua

    Mascherano
    Lucas

    Kuyt
    Gerrard
    Babel

    Torres

    Subs:

Cavalieri, Aurelio, Degen, Benayoun, Ngog, Maxi, Aquilani

Riera (is he injured?) and Pacheco unfortunate to miss out, Johnson and Skrtel out injured and Krygiakos suspended.

I'm never sure what the team's going to be. Whatever it is, Blackburn are **** and we need to win very badly. Or well. You know what I mean.

we'll get a draw and Rafa will say...

"We worked hard and created chances. We have to be better at converting those but Blackburn are a tough team and we will focus on the next game"

      hmmmm

I would be surprised if Torres starts the match.

I'd bring Torres in later in the match and Maxi in and babel up front. Other than that
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Sam's at it again. I hope masher rips joof a new one!

BIG Sam Allardyce has accused Liverpool of *almost wrecking El-Hadji Diouf’s career before it had even started.

The Blackburn boss put the boot into his rival Rafa Benitez ahead of *today’s potentially bruising clash at Anfield.

Allardyce, who rescued Diouf from his Merseyside hell when he was boss at Bolton, revealed that the striker still feels that Liverpool let him down.

The Senegal hitman, 29, *believes he was left to walk alone, fending for himself in a foreign city where he felt lost and isolated, unable to speak the language.

Allardyce says six years ago Diouf looked like a write-off when he was dumped out on loan by Benitez (below) and slammed by Steven Gerrard for not being of the right calibre to win Liverpool the title.

The flamboyant and *controversial star, bought from Lens for £10million by former Kop boss Gerrard Houllier, was branded a flop and a waste of money.

But Big Sam helped him to resurrect his flagging career at the Reebok and has carried on with the rehabilitation at Blackburn.

Allardyce claims he’s the only manager in the Premier League who understands how Diouf’s complicated brain works.

“He does get on our nerves, though,” Allardyce said. “Mind you, he gets on everyone’s nerves but I don’t think he’s got an evil bone in his body.

“I think I understand him more than most of the other managers who have ever worked with him.
“I understand him as a *human *being, rather than just a *footballer.

“I know where he has come from, how he evolved and how he developed.
“Understanding players is very important in terms of *man-management and to get the best out of players.

“Diouf came out of Anfield looking a complete write-off. A complete waste of money for them. But I think they should have persevered with him for a bit *longer. He got cast off very quickly.

“He didn’t really get the sort of back-up service you would have expected at a club like *Liverpool.
“Talking to him, he said he was left on his own far too much to do what he wanted in a strange country.

“I think he got lost in that. Off-the-field activities are *critical to the integration of your players into the team and Liverpool, after speaking to *Dioufy, slipped up in that *department.

“He never really knew where he should live. He never really knew about the financial and banking side of it. Dioufy had the opportunity to be a big star at Liverpool but he lost his way.

“He still feels let down by them. He felt he didn’t get the support he thought he was *going to get.

“But he recaptured *everything when he came to Bolton. We looked after him.

“He resurrected his career with me at Bolton and is still playing at the top level.

“He’s playing really well for us and hopefully he can go to Liverpool and show them what they’re missing.”

Allardyce says Diouf will thrive on stick from the boo-boys today.
And he revealed a softer, caring side of the striker when the Ewood park boss’s grandson, Keaton, *visited the training ground last week.

Big Sam said: “He took my grandson for a training session and *Keaton was the happiest lad in this country. He scored two goals at the weekend and put it all down to Dioufy.”

Allardyce is a cunt, not because he's fat, but because he's a prick.
