    Shirt Sponsor

I've been told twice this week by different sports shops that any children's football shirts carrying a sponsor of a beer company are to be recalled and that they will only sell plain shirts to/for under 18s in the future. Is this new news?

The shops in question no longer sell children's Wales rugby shirts due to the Brains sponsor and any Carlsberg Liverpool sponsored kids shirts not sold within the next few weeks are being removed from sale.

    That's all for now....

We'll have a new home shirt available from June anyway, with Standard Chartered on them.

As of 2010-2011, it will not matter...unless they ban the advertising of banks and financial institutions as well, of course.

Will we still be able to buy the new shirt without a sponsor on it, or were they only produced because we had an alcohol company as sponsor?
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

they only produced the shirt without the sponsor name because of the link to alcohol.if you look at the youth teams they play without the sponsors name on.
              who's arsed?
