Add Pacheco and Kelly to that list and I agree 100%. Possibly even 150%.

Why play with the semantics smart arse? You fully know what I meant by 'sacked' and you also know that English isn't my ****ing first language so you can stick your way of posting where the sun doesn't shine. Is it clearer now?

And red g, continue being the invisible man that you are.

The only thing this team needs is a huge kick up the arse, a fine of 1 months wages and to spend an hour alone walking around the museum for some humility, followed by a visit to a local boozer (not a cocktail bar or swanky restaurant) to meet the cruds who are paying them 50-100k a week for this ****e.

Those that killed her, were following the law.

I'm not playing anything. The word sacked his its own meaning, and as i said before, i take words for their actual meanings, rather than randomly assume someone's using a word to mean something other than what it means.

Whatever names you might wish to call me, do not change the fact that i didnt know you meant 'sold' when you said 'sacked'. I took the meaning to be 'sacked' in good faith, just as i am now telling you in good faith, that i didnt know you meant 'sold'. I am not a mind reader.

I wasnt having a go at you for using 'sacked' instead of sold, neither about english not being your first language, nor about anything else. For someone who learnt english as a foreign language, yours is actually excellent, pretty much fluent, and other than because you've made reference to your own ethnicity, i wouldnt have otherwise ever guessed that english wasnt your first language. It's not something i ever think about or notice, because you're basically fluent and you dont stand out. Not because of your use of the english language, anyway.

That's another thing that you cant do, but is still being suggested, despite being beyond the realms of legal possibility.

Why not just advocate corporal punishment next, for poorly performing players? The cane, or the slipper perhaps?

What's the ethnicity got to do with that though? I was just brought up with English as my third language, that is all. Why oh why do you take pleasure in riling me up I don't know.

The point about ethnicity is that because yours had been referred to on the forums before, that is how i know english isnt your first language - otherwise i wouldnt have known because, as i said, you're fluent. So the only reason i mentioned ethnicity, was in the context of it being the only reason i know about english not being your first language. You get me?

You're extremely paranoid fredo, i wasnt riling you at all. Any normal person would've seen it for what it actually was - a compliment on your grasp of the english language.

Of course, you manage to find something to be defensive and paranoid about, though.

Ethnicity has racial connotations for me so excuse my overreaction.

I wasnt meaning it in that context Pete, i hope you know.

Overreaction (or misunderstanding, as i'd call it) excused.

I know but as I said, you play too much on the semantics.

For your record, I think it was Squaddie who asked me, I speak French and Creole as my other two languages. Creole is a mixture of French and some obscure mixture of everything and there has never been any rules or defined grammar about it - I never ever learned it, you just get it by speaking with people. Creole isn't considered an 'official language' per se, for that particular reason. You go anywhere in a former (or current) French colony and you'll find variations of the language.
