John Scales is pretty decent at this co commentary lark, very coherent and articulate.

Why does rafa wait til we're in last chance saloon before sending them out to attack like this??

      Insua should never shoot.
The players he has available? Having a fit Torres, Gerrard and Johnston really makes us a lot more attacking. Anytime he has had the full squad we have been a very attacking side.

Lucas does well there again and is brought down again

Followed by a good ball from Mascherano to Torres
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Lucas has been very bright, its also good too see Babel fighting for the ball.

MUst say, really positive start from Lucas. Very impressive. Maybe he feels he needs to push forward a bit to challenge Aquilani for the spot after the Pompey game.

Played better football in the last four days than we have in the last four months.

That would've been a superb ball from Lucas to Babel, if torres hadnt intercepted it.

Really nice to see Lucas playing in an advanced role, seems like Rafa's told him to repeat Aquilani's performance from Monday night.

Lucas looks to have started further forward, rather than as a second holding midfielder

We've had them available before, and played with a woefully inept negative mindset.

In fact, it seems that away games are the problem, we're a different side at anfield.

I was saying this to the Uncle yesterday that I thought he would step it up with Aquiliani playing so well on Monday.
