In this thread people are saying "bring anyone on, we'll take them", but in the Champions League draw, people are jealous that Man Utd always get easy draws. You can't have it both ways.

I'd take the easiest route to the final any day of the week...

We are considerably better than Athletico or Valencia and every other team in the competition still. If we play a decent game, we'll **** em all up. If we play the **** fooball we've served up so often this season, any bunch of cripples will knock us out. Depends on us more than the opposition now imo.

But this is Liverpool, we have a habit of making things difficult for ourselves against teams we should beat, while we usually raise our game against more difficult opponents. I don't mind either way.

At our best we're better than everybody left in it but the point is we're not at our best and Valencia/Atletico are capable of beating anyone. AM recently beat Barca. We need to avoid them.

Isn't Benfica a decent team though? Some sought after players there like Di Maria, Cardozo and Ramires to name few. I'd like a German team, don't know why, hopefully we'll meet Valencia in the final if we make it there.

Sure they have a decent team, you can't really say any team in the QF is not at least decent, but compared to the other teams they are still weaker IMO.

i can't believe some fans calling europa league as "nothing". in this **** year any trophy could boost everything up and to be honest we have a great chance to do so. uefa cup/europa league has always been very interesting to watch, every year there are some incredible games and tbf sometimes they are much more interesting than cl (i.e. last night), and that's the ****in point of europa l.

we'll get that one more spot in PL due to fair play, and with that we'll win CL next year. :P
