Well that couldnt really have gone any worse.

Also a point that's being bugging me is how everyone has desribed Lille as cannon fodder cos we beat them.....they're actually in with a very good chance of winning the French league along with 5 other teams (last time i looked there was 3 pts between the top 6) yet Bordeaux/Lyon are quality sides. Can't have it both ways.

Seeing as we expeced to still be in the CL why are we so worried about the sides left in the pissing Europa league??
We're having a bad season, we aren't a bad side and for the first time all season we have every important player fit and on form.

Rooney has 30 goals, next best O.G with 10, Torres has 15 in 17 starts with Kuyt next on 9 as simple as it may sound we would not be in the same position if Torres had been fit all season, all if's and buts I know but my point is we're not an average, ****e side we've underperformed.

Now is the time to perform at our level, get 4th (we're 5/2 btw on sky bet) and win the Europa League (10/3)
