It's immaterial and a stupid argument. We still drew and we have still been ****e all season. The point you are 'attempting' to make is totally irrelevant and misplaced.
Winning an argument on the internet is like winning the special olympics, even if you win you are still a retard!

They were all poor today though so why take off one of the biggest goal threats in the world? Johnson played better in the last 20 minutes and with Babel on we had a bit more pace. We were also chasing a winner which naturally means we would push forward more, not because Ngog came on.

Had Torres had those chances Ngog missed, we would have another 3 points.
      Play Ball!!!!!!!

True, winning ugly would do me. The objective being 3 points each league game for me.

I'm not attempting to argue about anything and it's certainly not this match which sealed our fate, as you said we've been poor all season. I was just stating that Rafa made the right decision today because we didn't create much when Torres was there and Ngog offered more in the 20 minutes he was on the pitch.

by that remark your saying we play better without Torres................and then what ? we scored ? no I would rather have Torres in my team 100% of the time

As much as some of us disagree as to weather rafa should stay or go i think we can all agree that no liverpool manager should be going to places like, wigan, wolves, brum and other places setting up his team to just nick one then sit back! As bad as the 90's were at least roy Evans had a team that would go all out attack which at times was a joy to watch.

Yes we played better, Torres did absolutely nothing. Maybe he could have scored if he was on the receiving end of some of the chances Ngog had but he never seemed to get going today and was rightfully replaced.

I don't think he did make the right decision. Creating chances with or without Torres is immaterial in this case. The end result was that same........no converted chances resulting in goals. Torres is only as good as the service. Rafa brought on more attacking players in Babel and Aqua and chances came, plus it was on the countdown to the final whistle with players seeing the chances of playing in the CL slowly disappearing.

                  Not all coincidence to me.

so you'd rather have Ngog than Torres

David Ngog wouldn't even get in to the everton fist team

Sorry but you cant replace the best goalscorer you have had in years with a player not even 1/10th the calibre.
Torres can turn a match in a heartbeat and need the full 90mins to attempt to do so when we are in the state we are in.

                        Ridiculous bloody decision...

Ah come on FFS, Torres had a bad game, that's what I meant.

if it's such an act of tactical genius to take Torres off, just don't start with him then we can play well for ninety minutes eh? Fact is he's proven time and again he can come up with a goal from nowhere when he's having a ****e game. Has Ngog?

Why not just say that instead of being a drama queen?

Besides, I'd rather have a Torres enduring a bad game than an Ngog having a stormer.......the difference is quite remarkable.

Yakubu wouldn't get ours, what's the point?
