My heart tells me the UEFA Cup cos we exist to win trophies, but our long-term future is more important than the immediate present and it's so, so vital we qualify for the CL next season. If we drop out it's gonna be so hard to get back in it, especially if it's City we lose out to.

I've said it before and been mocked, but if we end up finishing 4th and winning the UEFA Cup, I'll be ****ing celebrating. Okay it's not what we wanted back in August but to emerge from the wreckage of this disastrous season with 4th and a European trophy, after the way we've all been feeling for so long, would be ****ing ace.

It's such a tough decision for me. I desperately want to win this trophy now, but I can also see the long term importance of getting into the CL. Aaarrrggghhh.

Indeed just hope we turn up for the away games. Who else do we have left away? I know Hull City is one.
