Don't get me wrong im not an anti-rafa fan but i was just wondering if he were to leave at the end of the season and he moved to another club, would it be possible for that club to buy out his contract like a player moving from club to club, if so it could be a finanacial bonus for the club plus the club gets the change many fans feel they need.

yes very much so, clubs gets compensated for manager changing as well but not nearly at the same rate as players.

This, I would think would be the only way that Rafa will not be managing us next season; i.e. Madrid come in with a big offer for him; paying us compo and making sure that Rafa's clause about getting his contract payoff (if sacked) is not enforced.
