I wish i could say it was a surprise to see an impotent, dire, slow and non-threatening Liverpool side tonight, but it's par for the course, same as always. Not a single shot on goal against an inexperienced 19 year old keeper. The away goal is always massive in 2 leg ties, but predictably, we barely bothered seeking one. They'll score at Anfield, and we'll be up against it, needing 3 and then (if we get 3) ****ting ourselves that they'll score again.

The World Cup will be a beautiful diversion from the utter depression that is being a Liverpool fan right now.

Given our ****e luck, I predict that our key players will get injured and any potential transfer targets will have a dream campaign, which will almost double/triple their original value.

I know mate, i hate it too and i hate the fact that it's true, even more.

It wasnt just the fact that we're completely devoid of threat - we also dont press the ball and allow the opposition tonnes of time and space when they have the ball - we invite them onto us and invite pressure. Our style of play is the exact opposite of how a good team goes about winning football matches.
