Atletico semi-final match thread

Dirk Kuyt has been passed fit to start tonight's Europa League semi-final return against Atletico Madrid - a game you can listen to live online from 8pm BST.

Meanwhile, Javier Mascherano starts at right-back and Glen Johnson on the left in what is a really attacking XI selected by Rafael Benitez.

The team in full: Reina, Mascherano, Johnson, Carragher, Agger, Lucas, Gerrard, Aquilani, Babel, Benayoun, Kuyt. Subs: Cavalieri, Kyrgiakos, Pacheco, Degen, El Zhar, Ayala, Ngog.

Want us just to go for a cracking offensive game, take it to them, see something similar to end of last season.

The last time (only time I think) Mascherano played right back he had a stormer. I like the line up, Best team we could have played.

I think it deminishes one of our threats as he's not as effective on the left as on the right

I'd hope that there's someone up top with Kuyt he's not great as a lone striker at the best of times, but if he's not fully fit, it could be a problem
