    Luis Garcia.

I really like him (not like that!) but today, when he had a chance of cutting in on goal and got muscled out by that pigmy Evra made me think what can we do with him?

I think we all agree he has the talent and the ability to do some magical bits of skill, but when he is in the team we do not have a position for him. He's not a winger and is too lightweight for other positions.

As much as I like him and am grateful for his goals I think Rafa needs to move him on.

Lightweight, went missing, didn't look arsed.

And he wasn't the only one.

      Yet another player who's underperforming.

Yes he's one of a few players we have "capable" of opening up defences, and also scoring big goals - yet he offers that 10% of the time. The other 90% is pure ****. He was absolutely ****e yet again today. If we are a team who want to keep possession, use the ball well and retain it comfortably, there's no place for Garcia.

he's the sort of guy who plays well for 2 matches then is average for 3 or 4. i remeber the incident your talking about aswell and i couldn't believe just how easily he was shoved off the ball.

i think that if there is no improvements then there are alot of people who need moved on at the end of the season.

More of a european player for me that a Premiership player, which makes him a very expensive luxury. So hot and cold. I'd give him the rest of the season to prove his worth.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

                  * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

That was smack in front of me and I actually think I went bright red (as well as exploding with yet more rage). So bad I couldn't quite believe my eyes.

I'd take the money we paid for Garcia in January and invest in another player.

The guy has scored some very important goals for us but is far too lightweight, especially away from home.
Twin boys - now arriving late August 2008.

Its gonna be Fernando and Gerrard if I get my way!

another reason Rafa went down in my estimation

Garcia in the middle, Gerrard on the right

                          **** off

i think we should keep him...

play him more upfront, he creates very much, and is always on the verge of breaking trough, unlike some of our players who are less creative and depend on other, i'd use him as a striker rather than most of our strikers at the moment...

we just have to except that with him he brings good things to the table and some not so good things, for me the good things out shine the not so good...

he can be a very important player for us, if people around him belive in him and do no dicourage him every time he makes a mistake...

He does my head in. Liability at the best of times. How many times today did he try and flick on the ball instead of retaining possesion and spreading the play. Get rid asap
