I agree with this, it's only a matter of time before something happens. Not advocating violence, but I'm certain that someone will take a pop at these cunts when they're least expecting it.

I'm surprised nobody did that to hicks when he was arse-****ing Corinthians.

They go a bit mental over sport, do those south americans. Yet hicks escaped unscathed.

Our mob are an altogether far more civilised set of lunatics.

Just leaving the ownership issue to one side for a moment and the fact we had a great man at the club who loved LFC and will always be loved by the fans.

Why did Rafa deserve to stay at the club?

In 6 years, he won us the CL and a Semi, an FA Cup Penalty shoot out against West Ham and some great games against Chelsea and the Mancs.

Anyone on here would know where we need to spend 80Mill if we had it.

We all watch the games every week.

We were all crying out when certain players were on the bench or being subbed for a nothing replacement. Just go back through the match threads.

That season we came second, all of our players gave their all.
Torres was awesome, Alonso and Gerrard both had a great season.

Then we get rid of Alonso and Arbeloa, bring in Johnson and Aquilani and expect to go again but this time we only have Voronin and Ngog for supporting a half fit Torres and Aquilani puts in a half cameo.

All of that after letting go of Cisse, Bellamy, Keane and Crouch.

                  It ain't gonna happen..

What evidence do we have, that giving Rafa some more money to spend would guarantee any more success?

                  Thanks for the memories Rafa.
A Great man and done a lot for LFC but time to move on. (away)

well for me the improvements he made to the squad and one bad season doesnt mean he was ****. Cisse wasnt good enough and he didnt buy him Bellamy lets not forget hit people with golf clubs and was sold to purchase torres. Keane well he didnt want him and crouch didnt want to stay on the bench.

i would also like him to have seen the results of the overhaul of the youth system.

Come on, you're ignoring the fact that both Alonso and Arbeloa wanted to go (let's not go over the reason why Alonso wanted to get again).

Would we have been able to buy Torres without selling the likes of Bellamy?

Keane by most accounts was not really wanted by Rafa in the first place, but either way he didn't work out, and we got a decent percentage of the money back for him.

And Rafa wanted to keep Crouch, but Crouch wanted to go.

I think the points you make are too black and white, and ignore the grey areas surrounding them.

                        This

I genuinely feel that given a few more years we would have started to reap the rewards of the youth system/policy. It will be interesting to see what happens with it under whoever the new manager is. If it's Kenny I'd like to thing it will continue fairly much as it is.

i find the he sold bellamy alonso crouch arbeloa as simplistic as he spend 300m arguments.

maybe alsono i would give them but the rest are all understandable. the alonso one you can go either way with.
