I definitely agree with that last line, he needs some coaching in that department, because he bitches far too much. I recall him doing it to Kuijt at one point just after he arrived and I was thinkin what a way to help him settle in, I'd have been tempted to smack him right in the grill but to Kuijt's credit I think he just realised that Gerrard displays his passion like a 5 year old kid on the playground.
