I personally think its a sponsorship/naming rights issue deal or deals on the new stadium possibly linked with a small investment 30% max.
I can't see Moores selling his shares until after the new stadium is in use as the club would be worth more personally.

Thing is though. Im not sure there is anyone out there (apart from Morgan) who is interested in a 30% share of Liverpool, I think they would prefer it all or nothing, unless if they were to get an initial 30% and some more to follow, in which case would sound more like a complete takeover anyway.
Id be supprised if we managed a 30% investment.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Been there once, quite nice. Loved the food and it was really interesting from cultural and historical pov too.
Disturbingly capitalistic place though. Ludicrously wealthy folk having their new hotels built by immigrant workers with **** all rights or safety laws to protect them. Such is life I suppose.
