            Not yet, from BBC:

            There are 74 teams in the Europa League draw with 37 set to go through to the draw. The 10 losers from the Champions League ties will also enter the group stage. That makes 47, but throw in holders Atletico Madrid and we have 48, which leaves 12 groups of four.
