Definitely going to be a tricky tie for us, especially the game in Turkey, although we do have a certain affection for playing in your country since 2005

Interesting views on Turan too, thanks
    Yattara is really interesting player, for example last year he did nothing, really nothing but 2 years ago he was outstanding. he have got family problems but in our city everybody loves him. he is in the show part of football, i hope that u ll watch his shows in Anfield Road. i looked Liverpool's Turkey scores;

    Trabzonspor-Liverpool 1-0
    Galatasaray-Liverpool 0-0
    Galatasaray-Liverpool 3-2
    Beşiktaş-Liverpool 2-1

so pay attention about the match in Turkey i ll say that either Liverpool and Trabzonspor are going to play the hardest teams in draw.

I remember Trabzonspor from years back, when they played Aston Villa in a european tie. Cant remember who won though.

if u asked me i can not go because coming your country for a non-eu person is very hard, visa problem but in Anfield Road, our tribunes ll be full of our supporters because there are lots of Turks in Europa and also in England and also coming from Turkey (not me )

anyway, are u planning to come here?
Sadly no. Other teams have since trumped that sizable bet (it seems like a drop in the ocean now ), and I’m now suffering the consequences, seriously restricting the amount of matches I can afford to go to.

To be fair, the situation the club was in a month ago, I was thinking of not going to any matches at all this year, but things look a bit better now, so we’ll see. It probably will end up UEFA cup matches I go to as the tickets are easier to get and travel is cheaper (as I’m not from Liverpool).
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Ah, we've never won in Turkey (against Turkish opposition) then, interesting. It really is a tough draw for both sides.

            Liverpool - Trabzonspor 3-0
            Liverpool - Galatasaray 0-0
            Liverpool - Galatasaray 3-2
            Liverpool - Besiktas 8-0

I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
            Mine angry and defrauded young?

With all due respect, this isnt really a big game for us, our priority isnt the UEFA Cup.

Hi mate! I vaguely remember our previous match with Trabzonspor from when I was young. It was played on a Wednesday at 11AM cos they didn't have floodlights! Am I right? Lost to a penalty but predictably blew away Trabzonspor at home 3-0 with three early goals. Anyway, good to hear from you and good luck.
I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.

True, but doubts did creep in when Rafa was sacked with no immediate replacement in line, all our top players linked with other clubs, and of course them two clowns in charge with no sign of anything changing. I think most supporters were feeling the same, and the world cup was a much needed distraction.

Anyway, things looking rosier now, I can soon buy that nice white away top (hopefully), and start saving for my first match of the season.
