17 Foreigners plus

Unlimited U-21 players

Where do our players fit in to each category? Have we got any spaces left in the foreigner category?

But they are all under 21 so can play without being registered in the 25. If we name them in the 25 we are effectively reducing the number of players we can use.

Would be harsh for them to make teams squad submit the final squad if they haven't finished buying their players.

It's a bit of a shambles, as usual.
