Is the bubble bursting, or are fans fighting back against the Yanks?

    Or both?

I notice tickets for the WBA game on 28th August went on sale yesterday morning at 8:30am.

I just logged on a minute ago, and there's still tickets available in every stand, for this game. Incredible. Previously, this game would've been sold out by about lunchtime yesterday, at the latest. But in this case, a whole 24 hours later, there's still loads of tickets seemingly available.

I know it's 'only' West Brom, but it's the 2nd home game, there should still be feelings of optimisim at this point and in previous years, this game would've been sold out by now, for definite.

Is it the cost? Is it the yanks? Is it something else?

For those who think tickets are impossible to get - fill your boots.

A lot of people are refusing to give the Yanks another penny.

My boss told me there were still tickets for sale on Wednesday for this Subnday's game, Main stand and can't remember the other stand.

      Mad though all the same.

Yet the Arsenal game sold out fairly quickly.

I'll be honest, I said I wouldn't watch another game until the Yanks had gone but I'm up for the Europa tie on Thursday, 1. because the tickets are really cheap so I don't actually feel I'm giving the yanks much by buying a £10 ticket, 2. because rightly or wrongly I honestly believe they are 3/4 out of the club and it is just a matter of time but most importantly for me was keeping my 10 year old boy a Liverpool fan and to do that I need/want to take him to games let him see Cole, Gerrard and hopefully Torres live to stop him jumping ship to any of the other clubs his friends support
The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

I think it's combination of all those factors (cost, cowboys and WBA).

Won't make a difference either way.

when the rise in ticket prices was announced I decided that I wasn't giving them another penny, so that's my reason. although that will only account for 1 of the 45000, so you'll need to ask a lot more people to find the answer

Whether the bubble if bursting for the Yanks/fans fighting back...because the Club ain't being sold any time soon.

People were far too quick to jump the gun, when Huang and others came on the scene looking to buy the Club.

Same, it's become ridiculously tiresome now.
