On the game in general, Arsenal always keep the ball better than us so it's been no suprise. The game will no doubt continue in the same fashion, it could be argued Joe hasn't been in the game, so his sending off will not impact a great deal on the game in general.
Liverpool will no doubt continue with the long balls, accept this time they'll be warranted. I think prior to the sending off I would say we needed to press higher up the pitch, but that is gone now.Forwards.......

might be tempted to take kuyt off and bring on lucas to stiffen up the centre and play 4311.
We need a good result from this game and i thing gerrard freed from defensive duties may be able to produce something for jovanovic or ngog.
does anyone know how many games cole is going to miss ?[B]Sir Isaac Newton knew the universal law of karma - any action has its equal and opposite reaction.[B]

This. Silly tackle but never a red, or if it was, Wilshire's was easily as bad.Originally posted by Neil Young View PostIf that was a red - late, off the ground/out of control, caught the standing foot - then so was Wilshere's on Mascherano.
Mind you, Cole was an idiot too.
Lame
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?

Behave!!Originally posted by Rudo View PostIt was a deserved sending off and an idiotic tackle by Cole.
Dreading this second half.
Shame as i think we could have nicked it, attacking the Kop end, now i'll be delighted if it remains 0-0.
Never a sending off - there will be loads of these tackles going in all season, all sending offs? I don't think so!
