Thanjk you.

You can tell the level of skill a player has after watching 15 minutes of them provided they touch the ball. Jovanovic is a worker, a useful player, but not a crafty one.
i wonder why scouts stay for whole games of infact go to more than one game to see a player.
perhaps they should follow the johndoe 15 min method
Oh and Carragher very good at handling counter attacks compared to Skrtel, FLMAO
He ****s his pants any time the ball is played in behind him, as you seen on one occasion today when Chamakh chased him down in the first half...hoofed the ball up in the air but Reina came to the rescue.
I love Carra but you can't you're talking complete nonsense if you say he's very good on the ball and dealing with counter attacks, Skrtel is much faster.

Funny that scouts from big leagues have been watching Jovanovic for years yet not one of them deemed him good enough to spend money on. Maybe they agree with me, not trying to knock the lad now, but wind yer neck in.
I merely talked about skill with the ball, it's like watching a player to see if he has pace. One sprint or two is enough.

why have they been going years they can watch for 15 mins for his skill or lack of skill and if he sprints a couple of times then even better.
not saying your wrong just saying that you cant tell everything about a player (inc skill or just skill) in 15 mins. which is why people watch them longer.

I reckon Jovanovic will be highly valuable to the squad this season.

I know I'll get slated for this but Carra is slowly becoming a liability. I dint hold this view last season. But after the WC and today's match he is. We need to play a high line with a 4-2-3-1 and having Carra deffo doesnt help. You take him out and Agger perfectly slots in CB and we can have Aurelio at LB.

People watch them longer to see if their abilities actually mean anything, see Quaresma, great technique but it isn't worth **** because he's got a peanut for a brain. Or Babel's pace.
I thought we were poor in the first half, they kept the ball and passed us out of the game. In one sense I think the sending off was a blessing because it changed our mentality and brought out a fighting spirit.
Cole had a debut to forget and was anonymous before the sending off. We had a lot of experience on the pitch and found it hard to compete with what was a young and quite unfamiliar Arsenal. That worries me a little as had we been up against Chelsea, Utd or Spurs, I think we could've had a bit of a battering.
On the plus side the second half was exceptional in terms of committment but I felt we only have ourselves to blame for the goal as at the time we were sat in the penalty box. They had no pressure and plenty of room infront of the goal to move the ball about.
I think going down to 10 men has masked a lot of our problems and a top 4 finish with this squad is unlikely. 5 years ago it would've been different but now there are 4 or 5 teams with better squads than us.

He was brilliant today not sure what you're on about
Dunno if it was on tele but Gerrard was ****ing furious with Ngog when he missed that header

His desperate defending is decent and fancy to watch but the gap b/w midfield and attack becomes much more when we cant play a high line. To play a high line Carra is a liability and he shat himself when Chamakh chased him down and he still had a 15m head start.
