I'm thinking of going to the game tomorrow, and comnig from Australia, have no idea of the protocol. Would there still be away tickets available at the ground?

Very unlikely mate. Our away allocation is certainly sold out, and home tickets were only available to people who had a previous record of buying Birmingham City tickets (not for Liverpool games).Originally posted by Trippendicular View PostI'm thinking of going to the game tomorrow, and comnig from Australia, have no idea of the protocol. You'd probably find touts selling around the ground, but they're a rip off and there's no guarantees.

Where's Agger? Did he play for Denmark?Originally posted by Pablo1981 View PostApologies if this has already been posted. Leaked team for tomorrow:
Reina johnson carra skrtel konchesky maxi poulson lucas jovanovic gerrard torres
Lucas 3rd goal!Originally posted by Craig_H View PostIf that's true, i'm disappointed that Meireles isnt starting. Torres and Gerrard are the only two goal threats in that lineup.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Where would he play though? Considering he and Roy are both thinking he is a striker, then he aint gonna start ahead of Nando. Think Roy learnt his lesson on 442 with two number 9's against City. Or I hope he didOriginally posted by Bender View Postwhat's the point in telling babel he has to up his game or leave if he can't even get a startSack swinging like Dub-D40 on a door hinge

Is there a problem with Agger? If not im pretty disappointed Roy seems to be preferring Skrtel. Hopefully he just thinks Sktrel will be better able to deal with Birmingham's physical presence. Looks like we'll have three hoof merchants playing at the back tomorrowOriginally posted by Pablo1981 View PostApologies if this has already been posted. Leaked team for tomorrow:

Also no Meireles?
I think we can count Maxi as a goal threat Craig and hopefully Jovanovic although i've been pretty disappointed in him so far. Johnson as well maybe?'Religion is killing each other over who has the best imaginary friend'

None of Maxi, Jovanovic or Johnson are proven goal threats for LFC, as far as i'm concerned mate. I'm after people who i can point to confidently, and say "yep, more often than not, he'll pop up and score a goal for us"Originally posted by Ben_Itez View PostIs there a problem with Agger? Well if you put it like that then i'd have to agree.Originally posted by Craig_H View PostNone of Maxi, Jovanovic or Johnson are proven goal threats for LFC, as far as i'm concerned mate. However, Maxi hasn't played enough for us to judge fully. Hasn't he got a 1 in 4 career ratio? Not too shoddy but as you said not proved it for us yet. Same applies to Jovanovic but i wouldnt rely on him to bag us regular goals from wide left judging from his rather poor performances thus far.
I was just starting to regain a bit of optimism there too.....thanks

I think i'd be quite happy with a draw which pretty much sums up where we are at the momentOriginally posted by Craig_H View Post
Sorry
I'm drifting between "but we're better than them ffs!" optimisim, to "we've done nothing for a long while, to suggest we'll beat them"

I find it strange that the team is being 'leaked' like this. The last time we had 'leaks' like this was during the Houllier years. Fact is, Hodgson has probably told the players who will start, which explains the 'leaks'. I'd rather have managers keeping players on their toes until the last minute and team selections available to opponents one hour or so before a match. Are we winning?
