Sensible decision, jesus man we've been making sensible decisions for too long now, it's about time we started giving teams something more to worry about.
Lucas and Poulsen in the middle of the park is a depressing thought, home or away.

Forget Meireles, Roy could have deployed Maxi in centre mid along with Poulsen and let Gerrard play ahead of them, or Gerrard in centre mid with Maxi ahead, then brought Babel in or even Pacheco.

I know it's easy to criticise sitting behind your keyboard but i just think it's another disappointing team selection from Roy.

Lucas, just what the **** is the point in him anymore?seriously? Roy tries to flog him off on the last day of the transfer window but in our next game he puts him straight back in the team again?

As i've said before, i've always hoped Lucas would come good and suddenly start running the show for us but it's never going to happen. He's a passenger in every single match, he just does the bare minimum and no more, we need to bench him and quickly.

I know Parker's 31 now, but i'm still a bit gutted we didn't go for him, we need a bit more aggression and drive in midfield. He would have been ideal.
