I bet at least 2 of united, chelsea and arsenal go there and win this season, though.

        That's just assuming, though.

At this stage it is, but if/when they do it, then it wont be.

Well, duh. At this stage you're just guessing though.

Unbeaten at home for a year, some record.

You could at least quote a reliable prediction source such as Paul the Octopus, Craig.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

But if/when they don't, you'll be wrong. How pointless. Whatever you expect, they have a very good home record in actual games that have happened.

Silly post Craig, in all fairness.

Well still very disappointed with the performance but on reflection Brum was one of the worse teams we could play at this point.

They are a very effective unit who work impressively hard and to beat them we needed a creative spark hence when we saw the line up 0-0 wa a bout best we could hope for.

We should have thrown babel on with 20minutes to go, he could have got us something but the reality that just like under Rafa we went out for a defensive draw with the hope of nicking it and we didnt.

I just hope that with the new creatives we start to play better, We have to unleash the shackles and try and win games, When we were dire under Rafa he had so much goodwill from 2005 and many good performances.

Hodgson hasnt built up that rapport and many more of these performances and the tide will turn quickly for someone many people didnt want here in the first place, I just hope he lasts long enough for MON to get a job elsewhere!!

It's even more depressing when you think that MON would probably turn us down!

You'd also have made the same bet last season, as most of us would have. And last season you would have lost your money.

Going on the fact it's "just Birmingham" I'd be inclined to agree with you. But if you actually stopped to look at the facts, you probably wouldn't make that bet. They are unbeaten at home in the league for a year. So it's hardly them being lucky or the results being a flash in the pan.

When a team remains unbeaten for so long, it is down to more than just luck. Birmingham deserve great credit for their home form and I don't think you're guesses are based on anything other than thinking it's "just Birmingham".

Think people are missing the point- it was the manner of the draw that was the issue, but the draw itself. Had it not been for Reina being Superman, we'd have lost that 2 or 3 nil.

It is also far from atypical of our performances this season. Clueless & turgid.
                              3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Plus they will have 3 new signings bedded in by them too, they will always be a very difficult team to beat, especially at St Andrews. Tough side that will make headway in the top half again this season IMO
