Did you ever hear the pro rafa contingent saying exactly the same thing to LFC fans who wanted rafa out?

You'll be waiting for a long time for that retraction i can tell you mate, some people want him to fail, just as some people wanted Rafa to fail, i know one LFC personally that wants Roy to fail, its not beyond the realms of LFC to think this as shocking as it may seem, but very few openly admit it regardless of th defensive they put up.

Even if someone did say that to people who wanted a change of manager, it doesn't mean they were right. So it's illogical to rely on that to support a very lame and childish accusation. And repeating the accusation doesn't add any weight to it either.

I think you're confusing "want to fail" with "think he will fail."

a player new to the league playing under a manager who hasnt had much time with them to get his ideas across at a club that is in a downward spiral because of poor ownership, surely has some reasons not to perform at the top straight away.

I did accuse some fans of that and like i said there are, i'm not wrong there and that wasn't the original debate either. The original debate that was lost sight of was what i felt was the unjust critiscism of our manager with everything that has gone on, and as yet nobody has given me a good reason for this constant critiscism of the man, except for throwing 3 comments about players that i made, 2 of which were blatantly true and one about merieles which i haven't said a peep about since.

There is a very fine line with some people, it is not childish and lame, this mentality is there with some people, i've seen and heard it at the end of Rafa's reign from alot of people and it still exists with Roy. A small minority and not real supporters but lets not deny its doesn't exist and my claim is valid.

Like i said i have seen it when Rafa was here on 2 different forums and there was murder about it, i can't believe people have never come across a post that said i don't care if we win today at some point during Rafa's tenure because i have seen dozens of them. Mate if i felt i had something to apologise about it i would be the first to do so, i'm a chilled about guy and i come on the forums to chit chat about LFC and not argue with fellow reds.

Just because i make a controversial point which does exists, that i have seen and that most won't agree with doesn't mean i'm wrong.
