Thanjk you.

But he reffed the final appallingly. The guy's a complete 'look at me' cunt.
I dont think he did it intentionally though. He said afterwards he didn't want to send anyone off in the final and ruin the spectacle. Holland ruined the final with there filthy tactics. I dont blame him too much, i do think he said after as well that he should have sent off De Jong.
I don't know much about the FA's method of choosing referees but if Howard is the only one they think is 'qualified enough' to referee this 'big game' then that is a ****ing disgrace.
Logically it's ****ing stupid that the FA can choose the same referee for a fixture two seasons in a row. He was the referee in this same away fixture in March and he ****ed that up by giving them a penalty for Valencia's dive outside the box another one of the many poor decisions I remember was when Maxi got kicked in the head, hard twice and not even a single booking.
Howard's world cup final refereeing was a disgrace, if the arsehole had any respect for football integrity the **** would have quit.
I'd bet my entire salary this month that:
1. United will get a penalty at some point (from nothing).
2. We get denied a clear penalty.
3. We get a goal from corner/free kick denied due to 'pushing'.

That makes him an appalling ref, and makes it even worse. You cannot legislate for occasion and other factors like that. If it's a red card it's a red card. It was a gutless, cowardly display of refereeing.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I agree it was a terrible decision, but think the game was refereed with good intentions. I think he was worrying too much about the game not being about sendings off, but what acually happened was that it was a game were we all talking about people not getting sent off.
