    Fair play, well done to Northampton, probably the best night in their history, one of the worst results in our history though. A truely awful performance

                        I remember andy Gray always taking the piss out of rafa for not making subs until the 65 min. Why isn't anyone mentioning Roy doesn't like using subs
                        I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

                            Terrible result, just terrible.

                            However, calling for Hodgson's head over it is a bit silly imo. Who would we get to replace him right now? Its not like we've never had this sort of result before, I remember some rather ignominious cup results under Rafa. And I'll never forget losing to Peterborough some years ago.

                            Embarassing yes, but sack a manager over it in September, even one most of us think could be out of his depth? That wouldn't help imo.
